Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to Piepie monthly subscriptions. It is limited to the first month of a new subscription and is based on whether the AI service was used and how much of the monthly quota was consumed.
1. Full refund in the first month
We will issue a full refund of the first month's subscription fee if you request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase and the subscribed child account did not use the AI service at all.
2. 50% refund in the first month
We will issue a 50% refund of the first month's subscription fee if you request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase and the subscribed child account used no more than 50% of its monthly quota.
3. No other refunds
No other refunds are available. In particular, we do not provide refunds:
- after the first 14 days from the initial purchase;
- after the first billing month;
- if more than 50% of the monthly quota has been used; or
- for partial unused time in any billing period.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period unless a qualifying refund under this policy is approved.
