Account and data deletion

Parents can request deletion of their Piepie account, child profiles, conversations, invite codes, memories, safety notifications, and related account data.

Delete in the mobile app

The fastest way is inside the Piepie mobile app: sign in as a parent, open the Parent Dashboard, choose Account, then Delete account. This removes the parent account and associated Piepie data from our systems, subject to limited legal, security, billing, and fraud-prevention retention requirements.

Request deletion by web form

If you cannot access the app, submit the email address connected to your parent account. We may ask you to verify ownership before deleting data so that no one can delete an account without authorization.

Data we delete

We delete parent profile data, child profiles, child access codes, conversations, memories, safety notifications, and AI response reports associated with the account where deletion is legally permitted.

Data we may retain briefly

We may retain limited records required for legal compliance, payment records, security logs, abuse prevention, dispute resolution, or records that must be kept by Apple, Google, payment processors, or other service providers.
