Subscriptions
iOS subscriptions are managed in your Apple App Store account. Android subscriptions are managed in your Google Play account. Parents can also open the account settings sheet in the Piepie mobile app and choose Manage subscription.
Account and data deletion
Parents can delete their Piepie account in the mobile app from Parent Dashboard, Account, Delete account. You may also use the account deletion request page or email privacy@piepie.ai from the email address connected to your parent account.
Child access codes
Children do not need email accounts. Parents create child profiles and share the child access code from the parent dashboard. If a code is lost or no longer works, create or refresh the child profile from the parent account.
Safety reports
Piepie includes safety filtering and a Report action on AI messages. Reports are reviewed to improve safety and investigate possible issues.
